Sorry. really I am, it was just too good an opportunity to pass up.
It’s not really the world, not even Ireland, but we’re hoping to attract a few spinners, weavers or dyers.

About this time last week, my husband and I were driving on the motorway not too far from our final destination of Ardrahan and the Opening Day of a new venture – Irish Fibre Crafters.
Unlike our usual February weather, the sun was high in the sky and whilst there was still a nip in the air it felt almost Spring-like.
In my head, I’m one blog post ahead of the reality. How exactly this has happened I’ve no idea, but there’s no way my plans to try and get back to blogging regularly are going to work if I’ve started to imagine posts 😳
I’ve had a cold for over a fortnight now and I’m getting rather fed up with it at this stage. It’s one of those horrible ones, that mutates almost daily and lingers forever.
There hasn’t been much blogging, or posting of Instagram worthy photos of late, because there really hasn’t been much making 😕
Maybe that should be no time to knit, or very little knitting done? I’ve had a bit of a hectic social life of late and whilst I crave the opportunity to get out and about, I really would just like to have a little free time to knit.
Lately, it seems like the majority of my knitting has been on projects that have to be kept under wraps. Which does tend to make talking about them a little difficult?
I couldn’t resist sharing a sneaky photo on Instagram the other week, but since then I’ve shown total restraint when it comes to flashing these lovely little baby knits.
If asked, I’d describe myself as a multi-crafter, whose default is always set to knitting. I love trying other crafts, but ever since I can remember, there has always been my knitting.
It’s been a while since my last post I know, but I’ve got a note don’t worry.
I’ve been on my holibobs 🙂
